Job description:
• B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical)
• 4-8 years (Min 3 years of relevant experience)
• Concept design and development of mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Recommend engineering solutions for simple to medium complex Engineering problems
• Work on implementing multiple engineering changes through Change orders
• Identify the interferences in CAD design and provide alternative solutions
• Review drawings/procedures for complex Sheetmetal & machined parts, welded structures & complex assemblies.
• Conduct Design review to get buy-in from cross functional teams
• Concept design and development of mechanical parts and assemblies
• Knowledge on performing root cause analysis on engineering issues and recommend corrective solutions with implementation plan
• Knowledge on different type of materials, welding, part cleaning, surface finish, etc.
• Proficient in GD&T, Tolerance Analysis, DFMA
• BoM management in PLM, 3D CAD modelling & assembly management using NX & Team center
